Freddy`s in New Braunfels

I absolutely love their hamburgers and french fries. They are just so much different than other hamburger joints. I have loved Freddy's since they first started in Kansas. I am from Kansas but I love when they moved to Texas.

Amazing hamburgers and fries. Ask for extra seasoning! Put cheese on a burger that wasn’t supposed to have cheese. Other than that, an amazing experience.

Freddy's in New Braunfels was awesome! 13 kids & 3 adults from ,Pettus Independent School District, visited your restaurant on 2/22/20. Great service, eats and treats! The manager thanked us for coming! 😁😁

It's been awhile since I've eaten at one of their locations. It's always good, but it seems like their burgers have gotten smaller and you pay same price or higher than a few years ago.

Person taking orders did not listen, and continually had to ask for items on our order. Hamburgers carmelized, and burned. Where's the Beef!

Great and so fresh burgers! I honestly would eat the meat alone! Love the seasoning of the fries and my kids love the chicken tenders. Add onion rings and fried pickles and you've got perfection! The custard is amazing and the perfect finish to a great meal! My favorite is the hot fudge vanilla sundae with almonds! Go and enjoy!

This restaurant was very welcoming. The food was great, including the special secret fry sauce which I'm convinced is really just mayo and ketchup. None the less, it was tasty and satisfying. I recommend it to anyone who has not tasted stake burgers before!

Staff were friendly and Helpful, steakburger was as good as Dairy Queen

Super yummy fast food. NOT heart healthy but if I wanted that I wouldnt be here! Fries were fresh and hot. My patty melt was greasy, flavorful, and Gone! Love the fry sauce. The only complaint not giving this a 5 star review is the flies. There were quite a bit and we had to move twice to find a place far away from them. This could be due to the high traffic in the place though.

I asked her to make the concretes till the very end and she gave us our three concretes right away and I thought cool, fast and then waited and as I saw my concretes start melting I waived her back and asked if the food was ready she said no and I told her that's why I wanted the concretes at the end I gave them back to her and she said she would put them in the freezer, after she gave us our order she handed us the concretes and they looked all melted, it's not brain surgery and I asked her not to make them to the end. Maybe I'm making to much of this or I just paid close to $40 and I am not very happy with what I got a bunch of melted soup: update I notice the remarks after I posted stating we like to hear from you please contact, and I did and nobody contacted me and I don't expect them to. I won't be going to this place anymore

Burger tasted burnt, and fries where stale. Staff were nice though. Sadly, I left with my stomach feeling worse than when I arrived. It's been a while since I've eaten here and it will be an even longer while before I forget and decide to go back. I hope others had a better experience. The restaurant was mostly empty so I don't see any reason the food could not have been done better and had fresh fries. Definitely was not worth what we paid.

Love the custard here. Sundaes and concretes are great. Milk shake was horrible. It was like custard in a cup.. not a milk shake. Very disappointed.

the custard is sooooo good!!! i literally had to get it everyday and the fact that they have veggie burgers !!!! Also the fry sauce on the onion rings is amazingg

Freddy's French Fries are undefeated! I only visited one time with a coworker but I absolutely fell in love! Amazing customer service. Eating here takes you into a 1980s vibe!

Solid fast food burger. The real draws are the crispy shoestring fries and their accompanying seasoning and sauce. If you crave Steak and Shake, this is a style you'll recognize, though they aren't a straight copy.

Very friendly staff, didn't give 5 stars because they missed my grilled cheese sandwhich. I had ordered thru door dash, now Freddy's did offer a refund or a free drink but neither of those was gonna pay the fee for door dash to get my grilled cheese on a second trip. I had to go back myself to get the sandwhich, which was for my young hungry nephew. This killed the point of ordering thru door dash in the first place. Very disappointing. Freddy's is nice enough and their food is great but accuracy is lacking.

Burger combos were real good...especially when you add chocolate shakes to them.

Manager was very helpful we are having a group meet there it was very easy to have our group meet there think the manager for allowing us to have our group get-together at this location

First time here food is great fresh and hot

We love the Freddy's on Corpus Christi, but this one is one was a lot less 'appealing'. The register would not take the code to accumulate my points. The person at the pick up window was rude. When I asked him to increase the amount of fries, he first refused. The amount of fries was not even half of what we get in Corpus Christi. A very small amount, and I told him so. He said "he would do it this time but next time I would just have to pay for an extra order of french fries". Pay double for what you are suppose to get in the first place? There won't be a next time. NOT AT THIS LOCATION. EVER. Next time just toss in a few more fries. Next time I will just wait until I am back in Corpus Christi.

Love this place. Desserts are out of this world here.

Worst shake I ever had in my life. Just custard in a cup and so thick had to get a spoon and still so thick it was terrible. First and last visit.

If you are wondering what frozen Custard tastes like, it's like smooth and really thick ice cream.

They didn't have the fish sandwish nor fish and chips.

Always great!!! Also, they give veteran discount which is always a plus!!

I'm from Alabama and had never eaten there before. The staff was very friendly and explained the menu items I was interested in, the restaurant itself was very clean. 10/10 would eat there again.

Good frozen custard.. Not cheap but sometimes you pay for what you get and this is one of those times

No signs on door stating masks are required. Manager states masks are required. Four employees in dining area with out masks. Good food and confusing management.

I rank Freddy's as a 5 for this reason my family an arrive at this place it look dry looking. With no life out sided. I kid you not my family were 14 of us in our group with 4 kids 2 teens the rest adults. We all ordered our foods after they finished my group.An crowded of at least 50 people had arrived at this place while we were waiting.They took everyone orders quickly.This place was on point. All the workers were so amazingly nice.

Been here a few times and have not had the best of customer service. They have messed up my order on a number of occasions and they seem to be passively listening to you while getting your order in the drive thru.

We don't have these in Florida but we really enjoyed eating here. The shakes were very tasty and the burgers were hot and made to order with the steak burger hanging off the bun at all four corners. Tables were clean and service was fast and friendly and helpful when we had questions while ordering.

Super friendly staff and better quality food than most fast food places. The party melt is great (greasy, but good!). Sub fries for cheese curds for an indulgence (w/upcharge).

The manager is super cool. Ice Cream Date with my grandkids. Manager took advantage of a photo opportunity! Very nice 1st visit. I love the fries and the jalapeno fry sauce is the best!

Got food poisoning from this place. Never going back.
